Broken Brake is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac's velocity cannot be lower than a certain amount (based on speed stat).

Immune to collision damage from enemies.

Isaac deals DamageStat × 0.75 × (1 + 0.5×BrokenBrakeItemNum) + StageNum×5 + 10 contact damage. Frequency is based on Isaac's tears stat.
