Locked Mushroom Soup item
Locked Mushroom Soup is an active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On use
Triggers Wavy Cap 15 times.
While held
Upon entering new floor, automatically consume this item, fully heals Isaac (or +2 soul hearts for soul-health typed characters), and spawns a random mushroom item.
Transformations
Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
