Black Plastic Bag is an unlockable active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While held Upon enemy death, automatically collect their gibs.

When taking most red-heart damages (e.g., Blood Donation Machine, IV Bag), instead consume 10 gibs.

On use Spawns a random friendly enemy. The more gibs consumed, the more HP that enemy will have.

Defeat The Beast as Juzzle.
