Pure Judgement is an active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On use Isaac holds the holy axe and begins to charge a mass holy attack.

Taking damage before fully charge the attack will cancel it, and block the attack.

After charging for 7s:
• Fires Trisagion tears in 5 direction that continuously spawns holy light behind it and has homing effect.
• Release 5 invisible projectile that curve around where Isaac release the attack, and continuously light beams backward that deals 22 damage every 0.17 seconds. The attack lasts for about 5s.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
