The Whetstone is an active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On use Deals half red heart damage to Isaac, allowing him to select from 3 random injuries.
• Broken Arm - DMG down. Isaac's attack inflicts bleed, chance to fire pierce tear and spawn red hearts upon killing bleeding enemies.
• Torn Tendon - Range down, DMG up. Fart upon taking damage. Isaac has a chance to fire bait tear and dash before taking damage.
• Broken Rig - +1 Broken Heart. Familiars gains The Mulligan's effect. Isaac has a chance to fire rock tear
• Concussion - Tears down. Isaac has a chance to fire confusing tear. Damaging confusion enemies will release electric arc.
• Disfigure - Shot speed down. Familiars will fear nearby enemies. Isaac has a chance to fire fear tear and explode fear enemies upon kill.
• Broken Leg - Speed down. Isaac has a chance to counter attacks and spawn coins upon kill.
• Jinxed - Luck down. Isaac has a chance to fire maggots and spawn fire upon maggot dies. Maggots can spawn red hearts upon kill.
• Haemospasia - DMG and Range down. Gains Shard of Glass and increase Blood tear's damage.
• Cursed - Luck way down. Isaac has a chance to not gain room-clear rewards but spawn battery upon taking damage.
• Tetanus - +2 Broken Hearts. Isaac has a chance to not gain stats down from injuries above.
