Samsara is a consumable in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Restart the current floor.

If the current floor is an alt floor, change it into their base variant. (Cellar → Basement, Ashpit → Caves)

The effect is triggered by using console command "stage", so the layouts and pickups of the restarted floor can be exactly same with the previous floor.

Horse pill: restart from the Basement 1.
