Soul of Lizzy is an unlockable consumable in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns an Sacrifice Room in neighboring position if possible.

When used in a Sacrifice Room Trigger one of the following effects at random:
• Lose all active charges. Spawn Joker.
• Drop 1 random item, and make it cycles between another random Angel Room item.
• Take 1 heart damage. Spawns 20 random coins.
• Lose 5¢. Spawn 5 Blended Heart.

Defeat Hush and complete Boss Rush as Tainted Lizzy.
