Investigation Report consumable
Investigation Report is an unlockable consumable in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Triggers specific effects depending on the situation it was used on:
| Situation | Reward | Comment |
|---|---|---|
| Playing as Tainted Cain | Turns all item pedestrals into friendly monsters. Higher quality items offer better monsters. | Pathetic unemployed. Look at your cousin! A great goatherd! |
| Tears stat is higher than 1.5× damage stat | -5% tears multiplier; +1.5 damage | Don't waste your time on crying! |
| Has Perfection | Turn Perfection into a random item. | What are you asking for? You're not studying for me! |
| Has no item | Remove all items on current floor, and spawn equal random items in the start of next floor. | Poor but alive... That might be fabrication! |
| Average quality of all Isaac's item is above 2.5 | Drop 1 random item, and make it cycle between Eden's Blessing | How luxurious! Do you ever know share? |
| Average quality of all Isaac's item is below 1.5 | Drop 1 random item, and make it cycle between Ceremonial Robes | Crying out your pain to gain attention? You bragger. |
| Playing too fast (GameTime < 20minute × StageNum/6 × 66% | Drop Isaac's active item, and make it cycle between Forget Me Now | You done that already? Are you really paying attention to it? |
| Playing too slow | Drop Isaac's active item, and make it cycle between We Need To Go Deeper! | You haven't done that yet? Then don't do it if you hate it! |
| Any curse exists | Remove all curses and gains Curse of Darkness! | Don't make excuses! We're considering you! Now go to bed! |
 Devil Room appear chance = 0% | Spawns Suicide King | Having such a terrible grade... Why won't you die!!! |
| Isaac was at Chapter 4 or deeper | Triggers II - The High Priestess 5 times. | After all I've done for you, This is how you reward me? |
| Playing as Eve | No effect. | AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! None of your business! |
| None of situations above was met | Drop 1 random item, and make it cycle between Genesis. | No speciality on you. What a failure! |
