Upon taking damage, there is a luck-based chance to ignore it, but cause Isaac to shrink for 5s:

• ×20% size.
• -50% damage.
5% chance at 0 luck. 50% chance at 45 luck.

+100% damage for every additional Scaredy Cap Isaac helds.

This item contributes towards the

Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
