Serum I is an unlockable passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 damage.
Upon taking damage, if Isaac has red hearts, 9% + 9% × LuckStat chance to cancel it, grants 2s invincibility and -1 Half Red Heart.

Defeat Beast as
