Typhon is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

×50% tears multiplier.

Decrease tears' accuracy. (no effect if Isaac do not fire tears)

Upon hit, tears will splash into 6 echidnin orbs that will attempt to fly toward Isaac.

Echidnin orb deals 10% Isaac's damage per frame to any colliding enemies.

Isaac gains temporary damage up upon colliding echidnin orbs.

Most of the weapon synergies was only available in Repentance+. If playing in Repentance, those weapons can only has a chance to release echidnin orbs upon dealing damage to enemies.

42355 Typhon is a scattered disc object that was discovered on February 5, 2002, by the NEAT program. It measures 162±7 km in diameter, and is named after Typhon, a monster in Greek mythology.

Typhon, also known as Typhoeus, Typhaon or Typhos, was a monstrous serpentine giant and one of the deadliest creatures in Greek mythology. According to Hesiod, Typhon was the son of Gaia and Tartarus. However, one source has Typhon as the son of Hera alone, while another makes Typhon the offspring of Cronus. Typhon and his mate Echidna were the progenitors of many famous monsters.
