Blackout is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Higher chance for curses to be replaced with Curse of Darkness!.

Remove the lit effect from Isaac.

Flying enemies grants lit effect.

Periodically creates a large red crossair on any light source's position, then a large missile strikes down on the red crossair's position.
