Cassette A is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

To obtain this item, Isaac need to enter a new level, with at least 1 item pedestral remain on the previous floor, or without entering the boss room. Then, this item will be spawned in the next treasure room or planetarium.

While heldBoss enemies loses 5% max HP.

For every boss defeated, this value will increases by 1%. Maximun at 15%.
