Cassette C is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

To obtain this item, Any player needs to bring Cassette A or Cassette B to Sheol or Cathedral.

With one of the previous cassette, a special room layout with a Chained Goat will appear in Sheol / with a Chained Angel will appear in Cathedral. The chained enemy will be covered with lots of pillars. Killing the chained enemy will spawn Cassette C and a dead item for Isaac to choose from.

After entering the boss room in Sheol or Cathedral, a XIII - Death with spikes will be spawned in Secret Room or Super Secret Room, allowing Isaac to kill the chained enemy.

In some extreme situation, the special room may not be spawned correctly. Thus Cassette C will be directly offered to Isaac.

While held +1 damage.

Decrease the chance to spawn heart pickups to 10%. All heart pickups becomes Bone Hearts

Increase the chance for cards to be spawned.
