Festive Winds is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Deals 0.2 + 10% × DamageStat damage to nearby enemies per 0.07 seconds.

Enemies within Festive Winds' damaging aura have a 15% chance to drop random hearts on death.

The radius of the damaging aura reduces by 0.03 tiles per 0.5 seconds.

When Isaac restores health, increases the radius by 0.4 tiles per half heart, +5 tiles at most.

Reaching the maximum only increases the time that the damaging aura will keep the radius.
