Observer Effect is an unlockable passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

All rooms will be marked as "Unstable".

Entering an "Unstable" room will randomly reroll that room.

Entering a cleared room has a 80% chance to make it "Stable"

Defeat Sominal Warden as Tainted Eden.
