Poet's Pen is an active item in Doki Doki, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Makes Isaac hold the Poet's Pen above his head, which can then be thrown with a shooting button in the desired direction.

Upon hitting an enemy, it deals direct impact damage and leaves creep that damages over time.
