Void Beggar is a machine in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Costs a random stat to play. Prioritizes luck when it cannot take other stats:
-0.1 speed (if >= 0.2).
-0.15 fire rate (if >= 0.97)
-0.2 flat damage (if >= 1.1)
-0.5 range (if >= 3.75)
-0.15 shot speed (if > 0.85)
-1.0 luck.

Each donation has a 25% chance to pay out. Guaranteed to pay out every 6th donation.

Beggar leaves after 3rd payout.

Void Beggars have a 5% chance to replace Beggars.

Possible payouts
• Random item from any item pool.

Final payout
• +35% chance for an Angel Room.
• Activates a Black Rune.

When destroyed
• +35% chance for an Angel/Devil Deal.
• Spawns a portal leading to a random room on the current floor.
