Mongo Beggar is a machine in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Costs 1¢ to play.

Each donation has a 33% chance to pay out. Guaranteed to pay out every 6th donation.

Mongo Beggars have a 5% chance to replace Rotten Beggars.

Possible payouts
• 55% - 1-3 random temporary familiars (Blood Clots, Minisaacs).
• 40% - random familiars that have the monstermanual tag. Beggar leaves after spawning 3 familiars.
• 5% - final payout.

Final payout
• +35% chance for an Angel Room.
• Either Mongo Baby or Mongo Cells (only once).

When destroyed
• +35% chance for an Angel/Devil Deal.
• Spawns 1-3 random temporary familiars.
