Mongo Cells is a passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Allows Isaac to copy effects from his familiars.

The following familiars can be copied
• Dry Baby - 33% chance to activate The Necronomicon when Isaac takes non-self damage.
• Farting Baby - 33% chance to fart with a random effect when Isaac takes non-self damage.
• BBF - Isaac explodes when taking non-self damage.
• Bob's Brain - Isaac explodes and leaves a poisonous cloud when taking non-self damage.
• Nadab's Brain - Isaac explodes and leaves a flame when taking non-self damage.
• Holy Water - Isaac spawns water creep when taking non-self damage.
• Depression - Isaac gains the Aquarius effect and has a 33% chance to spawn a beam of light when taking non-self damage.
• Lil Spewer - grants the Aquarius effect.
• Mom's Razor - Isaac starts to bleed when taking non-self damage.
• Little Steven - grants the Spoon Bender effect.
