Gimpy Beggar is a machine in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Costs half a heart to play. Prioritizes red hearts first.

Starting from Chapter 4, costs a full heart to play.

Not having enough HP to play can kill Isaac.

Each donation has a 33% chance to pay out. Guaranteed to pay out every 3rd donation.

Gimpy Beggars have a 5% chance to replace Devil Beggars.

Possible payouts
• 10% - spawns 6 Troll Bombs near the center of the room. Bombs are affected by bomb modifiers.
• 20% - random heart ( Half Soul Heart, Half Heart, Scared Heart).
• 65% - random pill.
• 5% - final payout.

Final payout
• +35% chance for a Devil Deal.
• Random item from the Curse Room item pool.

When destroyed
• +35% chance for an Angel Room.
• Spawns 1-4 random hearts.
