D5 is an unlockable active item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Rerolls all trinkets in the room.
Rerolled trinkets can appear golden (if unlocked), and golden trinkets can be converted back into normal ones.
Golden variant Rerolled trinkets will always appear golden.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as Tarnished Isaac.
