Mother's Shadow is an unlockable passive item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Applies Curse of Darkness! for the rest of the run.

Makes knives continuously rain down from the ceiling, dealing 10-30 damage to enemies, but not to Isaac.

A knife has a 10% chance to spawn each frame.

Knives tend to fall close to enemies if there are any.

Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as Tarnished Isaac.
