Empty Deck is an unlockable active item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Converts the following pickups on the ground into a set number of random cards:
• Trinket → 3 cards
• Grab Bag → 2 cards
• Troll Bomb → 1 card
• Megatroll Bomb → 2 cards
• Golden Troll Bomb → 3 cards
• Golden Bomb → 5 cards
• Golden Key → 5 cards
• Giga Bomb → 12 cards

Other types of pickups are either rerolled into cards or get completely removed:
• Heart → 80% chance for 1 card unless it's a Half Red Heart, Red Heart or Double Red Heart where it goes down to 20%
• Coin → 80% chance for 1 card unless it's a Penny where it's 20% chance for a card
• Bomb → 50% chance for 1 card; other bombs have 100% chance for 1 card
• Key → 60% chance for 1 card; other keys have 100% chance for 1 card

Converted cards can be of the following types:
• 60% → Major Arcana Card
• 25% → Playing Card
• 15% → Reversed Major Arcana Card

Cannot convert into the following:
• V - The Hierophant
• XVI - The Tower
• Ace of Clubs
• Ace of Diamonds
• Ace of Spades
• Ace of Hearts
• Dice Shard

Use 50 cards.
