Revolt is an unlockable passive item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Once per floor, clearing a random room will close the doors, fill in all pits, and spawn a wave of Philistines that must be cleared.

Clearing the wave will spawn additional pickups and sometimes even item pedestals.

The chance for the wave to spawn is equal to the % of cleared rooms on the floor, with it going to 100% if only 1 uncleared room is left.

The wave consists of a set number of Philistines that are continuously spawned with a 15% chance per room door every half a second if their current number is below the set limit based on the room's shape:
• Tiny rooms: 5
• Normal rooms: 10
• Long rooms: 20
• L-shaped rooms: 60
• 4x4 rooms: 80

The total number of Philistines increases every floor, represented by the wave's number.

The item's effects cannot be activated in the following room types: Boss, Boss Rush, Secret, Super Secret, Angel, Devil, Shop, Treasure, and Black Market, as well as in the Blue Womb and Home levels.

The following Philistines will spawn based on the wave:
• Grunt: 5 + 4 × Wave; additionally 1 × Wave every odd-numbered wave starting from wave 5
• Brute: 1.5 × Wave starting from Wave 2; additionally 1 × Wave every even-numbered wave starting from wave 5
• Knight: 1.5 × Wave starting from Wave 3
• Commander: 1 × Wave every 4 waves

The following rewards are spawned upon clearing a wave:
• Coins: 2 × Wave; 75% less every 5 waves
• Bombs Wave / 2; 50% less every 5 waves
• Keys: Wave / 3; 50% less every 5 waves
• Hearts: 1-2 every even-numbered wave
• Chests: Wave / 5 every 5 waves
• Items: Wave / 4 every 4 waves, but no more than 3 items per wave

Reward items have a 75% chance to be chosen from the Treasure Room item pool, and a 25% chance for the Pain-O-Matic Machine item pool.
