Coin Case item
Coin Case is an unlockable passive item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Pennies, 
Nickels and 
Dimes have a 25% chance to appear with a glow around them and grant stat boosts when picked up.
The stats granted are represented by the glow color:
• Yellow: speed
• Blue: tears
• Cyan: range
• Grey: shot speed
• Red: damage
• Green: luck
Please refer to the Coin Case Coins item group for every type of coin that can appear, and the stats they grant.
