Old Knife is an unlockable familiar in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a knife familiar that follows behind Isaac.

While shooting, the knife takes 1 second to charge up after which it can be launched.

The knife will travel through obstacles and stab into the first enemy it touches, dealing 6 damage and applying a bleed effect similar to Mom's Razor, also including the damaging red creep spawned from it.

While an enemy is stabbed, a dark aura is created around them which grants +1.5 flat damage when standing inside it.

The knife returns back to Isaac after 3 seconds, getting rid of the aura and the bleeding effect.

When hitting a wall, the knife remains in it for 0.83 seconds.

Defeat Delirium as Tarnished Judas.
