Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac.

While holding a fire button, the familiar starts creating a ring of up to 9 tears that orbit the familiar while a fire button is held.

Releasing the fire buttons will shoot the tears outwards in all directions.

The familiar's tears deal 3.5 damage.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
