Cetus is a passive item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Taking damage causes Isaac to shoot a barrage of small, arcing tears upwards for 2 seconds. The tears leave a small puddle of damaging creep on the ground.

Both the tears and creep deal damage equal to Isaac's damage stat, 10 times per second.

The creep lasts between 2 to 6 seconds.
