Ophiuchus is a familiar in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a snake familiar that wiggles around the room, attacking and poisoning enemies it comes into contact with.

The snake consists of a head and 5 body segments attached to it.

The head deals 10% of Isaac's damage, but no less than 0.5, while the segments do 0.1 damage.

The poison deals 50% of Isaac's damage per tick, and lasts for 1 second.
