Hatred is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a black clot familiar that copies Isaac's movement and shooting.

The familiar inherits Isaac's fire rate, range, shot speed, and 35% of his damage.

Double-tapping a fire button will cause the familiar to launch itself in a straight line, leaving slowing black creep underneath it that lasts 0.5 seconds, and dealing 7 damage per tick to enemies in its path. After it hits a wall or an obstacle, the familiar will create a larger pool of black creep that lasts 1.5 seconds, and re-appear after 3 seconds.

Holding down the drop button allows Isaac to move independently from the familiar.

Defeat Mother as Tainted Fiend.
