Tattered Frog Puppet is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When Isaac is about to take fatal damage, he transforms into Slippy, destroying the trinket in the process.

When the transformation occurs, the character's health bar is set to 3 full Red Heart containers, and he receives Golden Frog Head as a pocket active item.

Isaac will fart during the transformation and poison nearby enemies for a few seconds.

Does not spawn naturally and can only be obtained via Frog Puppet's synergy with Mom's Box.
