Frog Puppet trinket
Frog Puppet is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When Isaac is about to take fatal damage, he transforms into Slippy, destroying the trinket in the process.
When the transformation occurs, the character's health bar is set to 3 full Red Heart containers, and he receives Golden Frog Head as a pocket active item.
Isaac will fart during the transformation and poison nearby enemies for a few seconds.
How to unlock?
Complete the Frog Mode challenge.
Special synergies
The following special synergies and interactions for Frog Puppet have been documented.

| --- | Trinket multipliers | With Mom's Box, upon transforming, the trinket gets converted to  Tattered Frog Puppet instead of disappearing.
The golden version of the trinket turns into a normal version when transforming. |
