Lil Lamb is a familiar in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and charges up to shoot an explosive projectile that deals 25 damage.

The projectile can hurt Isaac for half a heart. It can destroy doors and obstacles.

The familiar takes 1 second to charge a shot, and has a cooldown of 0.67 seconds between shots.

When Isaac gets hit, the familiar has a chance to drop to the floor, creating a blue flame from his body that deals 1 contact damage to enemies, and his head orbiting the blue flame, automatically charging and shooting at the nearest enemy.

The chance for this to happen starts at 50%, and increases by 25% with each hit taken.

When the room is cleared, the familiar will disable itself, and apply Curse of Darkness! until the room is left.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
