Pinhead is a passive item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a luck-based chance to fire sewing needle tears that pierce through enemies and sew them together for 7 seconds.

Sewn enemies take damage from any source at the same time, and the same amount.

The chance to fire a sewing needle is equal to random(0, 1) × 50 <= 20 + (LuckStat × 5). It starts at 40% with 0 luck, and increases by 10% for every additional point of luck, capping out at 100% with 6 luck.
