Poker Table is a machine in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Appears with 3 buttons underneath it, representing a key, a coin, and a bomb.

Stepping onto a button will increment its counter with +1, and continuously increment it while standing on it, up to 10 keys and bombs, and 20 coins, and up to a maximum of the said pickups in Isaac's inventory. This represents Isaac's bet.

Touching the dealer after setting the bet will consume the set pickups from Isaac's inventory, and has a 50/50 chance (1:1 odds) of returning them to Isaac doubled, or permanently losing them.

Leaving the room while the dealer is dealing the cards adds +2 to the dealer's odds of winning, as he will cheat while Isaac is not looking.

When destroyed, it will spawn a random coin, key, or bomb.

Winning 3 times will make the dealer leave and spawn one of the following rewards based on the total amount of pickups involved in the betting:

<10 pickups:
• random coin, key, or bomb

10-49 pickups:
• 60% → 2-3 random coins, keys, or bombs
• 20% → playing card
• 20% → Rules Card

50-89 pickups:
• 60% → 2-4 playing cards
• 20% → 52 Deck
• 10% → Ace of Spades
• 10% → Poker Chip

90+ pickups:
• 50% → 3-5 playing cards
• 8.3% → 52 Deck
• 8.3% → Ace of Spades
• 8.3% → Poker Chip
• 8.3% → Blank Card
• 8.3% → Clear Case
