100% Orange Juice is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When entering an uncleared room for the first time, 3-7 special colored tiles spawn in random positions that, when stepped on by Isaac, have various effects based on their color.

A tile will disappear once it has been stepped on once.

The number of tiles spawned scales with Isaac's luck, capping at 16 luck.

The following types of tiles can be created:

Bonusu (18.18% chance)

Spawns 1-6 Lil' Pennies.

Miss (18.18% chance)

-0.1 to -0.6 coins.

Card (18.18% chance)

Uses a random card from the Orange Juice Cards group.

Warp (16.36% chance)

Teleports Isaac to a random position in the room.

Encounter (16.36% chance)

Spawns a random enemy from the current floor.

---

Encounter Boss (9.09% chance)

Spawns a random champion enemy from the current floor.

---

Heal (1.82% chance)

Spawns a random heart pickup that disappears after 4 seconds.

Explode (1.82% chance)

Spawns a Megatroll Bomb.

Note that the custom voice lines have only a 0.1% chance of playing when stepping on a tile, while other sounds play every time.
