Bomb Collar is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

increases tears the lower Isaac's total health is.

Isaac will explode and die if he takes damage when at 2 or fewer total hearts. This is represented with exclamation marks above the hearts in the HUD.

The explosion is a Giga Bomb-type one.

The item is removed from Isaac's inventory upon exploding (in case he has extra lives).

At most, the item can give up to +1.5 tears when at 2 hearts, or +1.1 when at full 12 hearts.

If a full heart or more damage is taken at once and this would have affected the detonation hearts, the damage is reduced to half a heart.

There is a brief window of 0.33 seconds where Isaac can heal after taking damage to the detonation hearts, and cancel out the explosion.

Characters with no health, such as The Lost, will get the maximum bonus with no added danger.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Buster.
