Hot Shot is an active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

This item is exclusive to Friend but works normally when used by other characters, even though it cannot be naturally obtained.

Causes Friend to pick up a purple fireball over her head that can be thrown in any direction using the shooting keys.

The fireball travels slowly in a straight line before it evaporates into a vertical firewave.

Both the fireball and the firewave deal damage equal to DamageStat + 5 × CurrentFloor.

If Friend shoots the fireball while it's traveling, it will explode, dealing damage equal to DamageStat × 1.8 + 7 × CurrentFloor. The explosion can hurt Friend.

When an enemy is killed by a fireball, it has a 30% chance to drop a Half Heart, or 55% if killed by the fireball explosion.

If playing as Tainted Friend, the heart has a 16.67% chance to be a Half Soul Heart instead, or a Soul Heart if the "Everything is Terrible" achievement has not been unlocked yet.

The item is charged by dealing damage to enemies, and can be overcharged.

Charges are gained based on the amount of damage and the current floor. This means the item takes longer to recharge on later floors.

Damage dealt by the fireball is multiplied by 0.66x for the purposes of recharging the item.
