Infestation 3 item
Infestation 3 is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
A Blue Skuzz is spawned for every 50 steps Isaac takes.
Blue Skuzzes hop toward nearby enemies and deal 3x Isaac's damage.
No more than 15 Blue Skuzzes will spawn at a time.
