7 Seals 2 is an unlockable familiar in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a Modern Horseman familiar that wanders around the room and occasionally spawns fleas.

The Horseman randomizes its appearance every 10 seconds: Meltdown, Deluge, Pollution, or Propaganda.

The Horseman deals contact damage 4.29 times per second.

The type of fleas spawned corresponds to the current Horseman's appearance.

Meltdown deals 1.5 contact damage. It spawns a flea once every 3 seconds. Every second, radioactive tears are shot from outside the room that deal 3.5 damage.

Deluge deals 1 contact damage. It spawns a flea once every 2.5 seconds. Occasionally spawns 2-3 bubbles if inside an uncleared room.

Pollution deals 0.75 contact damage. It spawns a flea once every 3 seconds. It charges at enemies, setting them on fire and leaving flames along its path. The fires deal 1.7 damage and last for 0.5 seconds.

Propaganda deals 1 contact damage. It spawns a flea once every 3.5 seconds. Occasionally shoots a burst of 15 spectral projectiles at enemies that deal 1.75 damage.

Defeat every Fiend Folio Harbinger at least once.
