Ice IX is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a charged attack that takes 3.5 seconds to fully charge.

When released, Isaac unleashes a freezing aura that deals damage equal to 7 + CurrentStage × 1.5 and freezes enemies for 1.2 seconds.

The freeze effect is similar to Uranus and will turn enemies into ice statues if killed.

The freezing aura also destroys any projectiles caught inside it.
