Steven's Hat is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Enemies have a 40% chance of spawning with a Steven Hat that shoots at nearby enemies. Bosses have a 100% chance.

Pickups and machines/beggars are guaranteed to spawn with one if they were part of the room layout when entering an active room with enemies.

The Steven Hat shoots spectral + homing tears that deal 3.5 damage, and are shot 0.63 times per second.

Win a duel against a Gunslinger Steven enemy.

This item contributes towards the Time Fcuk'd! transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac 3 Steven Hearts and a 50% chance to teleport away before taking damage.
