Devious Penny is a trinket in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Picking up a coin has a 50% chance of spawning one of the following:
• 35.00% → Copper Bomb
• 35.00% → Cursed Penny
• 20.00% → Spicy Key
• 10.00% → Immoral Heart

Higher-value coins increase the chance of the effect occurring.

This trinket is considered a "bonus penny" and cannot appear naturally. It can only be acquired via Penny Roll, Penny Press, Penny Album, Penny Pack, or Misprinted Three of Diamonds. It has a weight of 100, considering all bonus pennies.
