Fool's Gold Heart pickup
Fool's Gold Heart is an unlockable pickup in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants Isaac a Fool's Gold Heart that overlays existing Red Hearts.
When depleted, spawns 3-8 
Cursed Pennies around Isaac, and applies fear to nearby enemies for 10 seconds.
Each of the spawned Cursed Pennies has a 1% chance to be a 
Golden Cursed Penny instead.
Has a 0.625% chance of replacing a 
Gold Heart spawn. Guaranteed to replace them if Isaac is holding Fool's Gold or Evil Sticker.
How to unlock?
Get Cursed Penny to pay out with a stat increase.
