Hyperfixation is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While in an active room, occasionally spawns a mark over a random enemy for 4 seconds.

Attacking the marked enemy will remove the mark and redirect all enemies' projectiles and Isaac's tears toward that enemy.

Redirected enemy projectiles are able to damage enemies.

Defeat Hush as Inaba.
