Isolated is an unlockable familiar in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that orbits Isaac and blocks projectiles, but deals no contact damage.

The familiars shoots Uranus tears 3 times per second, that deal 3.5 damage.

While shooting, it aligns itself in one of the cardinal directions each second.

The tears it shoots are shot in one of the cardinal directions chosen at random for each tear.

Increases the orbiting distance of all familiars.

Defeat Delirium as Inaba.
