Phoenix Elixir is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 extra life.
+1 empty Red Heart container.

When revived via this item, Isaac explodes, dealing 20 damage, and releases 8 flames around him that burn enemies.

Nearby enemies are also set on fire for 10 seconds, even if they did not touch any of the flames.

Upon revival Isaac's tears receive the properties of Fire Mind.

Isaac gets +1 flat damage when at 1 HP or less.

If in an active room and at 2 HP or less, Isaac will heal half a heart once per room.

Defeat The Lamb as Inaba.
