Cry Baby is an unlockable familiar in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and blocks projectiles.

Upon blocking 10 projectiles, it throws a tantrum for 5 seconds, applying the Pacified status effect to nearby enemies for 4 seconds, rendering them unable to damage Isaac.

The tantrum will also deflect projectiles back to enemies and push enemies away.

The familiar goes to sleep for 8 seconds after the tantrum. It is still able to block projectiles while asleep, but these will not count towards the next tantrum.

Defeat Isaac as Fiend, Golem, Friend, and Inaba.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
