Magic Bullet is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

For every 7th tear fired, shoots a room-wide explosive jet from a random position on the left or right side of the screen.

The position is indicated by a blue marker appearing after the 2nd tear shot.

The explosion deals 40 + DamageStat × 2.1 damage and inherits Isaac's tear effects.

The bullet and explosion can hit and damage Isaac.

Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as Tainted Friend.
